class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La zone de la fa\u00e7ade \u00e0 pr\u00e9server est d\u2019environ 60 m\u00e8tres de long dans ce qui \u00e9tait les garages et les ateliers et d\u2019environ 20 m\u00e8tres de long dans ce qui \u00e9tait le b\u00e2timent Tuduri, qui abritait des bureaux et des logements souterrains et o\u00f9 vivait l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur et footballeur Andr\u00e9s Tuduri, d\u2019o\u00f9 le nom du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>En raison du haut degr\u00e9 de protection de la fa\u00e7ade, le stabilisateur a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour fixer la fa\u00e7ade sans l\u2019affecter d\u2019aucune mani\u00e8re, en \u00e9vitant \u00e0 tout moment de devoir percer des trous ou des ancrages. \u00c0 cette fin, les tendeurs int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 joints aux points proches des dents de scie de la fa\u00e7ade, formant une grille en bois contre la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p><p>Stabiliser la fa\u00e7ade consiste \u00e0 disposer d\u2019un syst\u00e8me qui remplace les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui rigidifient la fa\u00e7ade contre les contraintes provoqu\u00e9es par le vent. En \u00e9liminant ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, nous devons placer un syst\u00e8me capable de maintenir la fa\u00e7ade en position, garantissant que le vent ne provoquera jamais le renversement de la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me de stabilisation que nous avons con\u00e7u consiste en 8 unit\u00e9s de treillis de type Granshor, d\u2019une hauteur de 10,38 m\u00e8tres, dont 6 sont situ\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7ade des ateliers et les 2 autres sur la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent Tuduri. Les treillis Granshor sont pos\u00e9es sur des cadres m\u00e9talliques sur lesquels sont plac\u00e9s des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s pesant 2,5 tonnes chacun, qui servent de contrepoids pour \u00e9viter le renversement du syst\u00e8me.
