class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La parcelle a une forme rectangulaire avec une longueur de 20 m\u00e8tres sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 long et de 15 m\u00e8tres sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 court.<\/p><p>Au niveau 1, le syst\u00e8me de contreventement agit sur la poutre de couronnement dans une zone et sur les micropieux dans une autre. Au niveau 2, il agit directement sur les micropieux, il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;avoir une lierne de type INCYE300\/INCYE450 qui coop\u00e8re avec le reste du syst\u00e8me de butonnage.<\/p><p>Au moment de la conception, notre objectif est toujours de laisser les travaux le plus diaphane possible afin que l&rsquo;ouvrage optimise ses temps de travail en minimisant les interf\u00e9rences possibles. Lorsque les trav\u00e9es des butons ne d\u00e9passent pas 20 m\u00e8tres, la meilleure option est les tubes PIPESHOR, qui, \u00e9tant autoportants (sans contreventement entre eux), offrent une conception tr\u00e8s propre qui permet au reste des travaux sur le chantier de fonctionner \u00e0 des rendements plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p><p>De plus, dans ce cas o\u00f9 le niveau inf\u00e9rieur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mont\u00e9 sous la dalle, l&rsquo;utilisation de tubes permet au concepteur de la structure d&rsquo;am\u00e9nager son syst\u00e8me de coffrage r\u00e9ticulaire pour le b\u00e9tonnage de la dalle sup\u00e9rieure de mani\u00e8re simple, sans avoir besoin de lib\u00e9rer le contreventement requis par les syst\u00e8mes de treillis.<\/p><p>La conception du design a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration avec l&rsquo;assistance technique d&rsquo;Aranea et de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
