construire le lotissement situ\u00e9 au 25, rue Altamirano \u00e0 Madrid, il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de conserver sa fa\u00e7ade, car elle est prot\u00e9g\u00e9e en raison de sa valeur historique.<\/p><p>La fa\u00e7ade mesure 25,50 m\u00e8tres de long et 17,04 m\u00e8tres de large.<\/p><p>En raison des besoins du processus de construction, le stabilisateur de fa\u00e7ade ne pouvait occuper que les 6 m\u00e8tres centraux parall\u00e8les \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade et les 3,75 m\u00e8tres perpendiculaires \u00e0 celle-ci, et il a \u00e9galement fallu supprimer tous les balcons.<\/p><p>Sur la base de ces conditions, notre d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie a con\u00e7u une structure form\u00e9e par 6 niveaux de pannes qui transf\u00e8rent les charges \u00e0 une seule tour de stabilisation mixte, form\u00e9e par notre syst\u00e8me MEGAPROP dans les 5,80 m\u00e8tres initiaux et par notre syst\u00e8me GRANSHOR pour le reste.<\/p><p>Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9taiement des balcons, nous avons plac\u00e9 des poutres T200 sur des consoles de type Superslim.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
