The rehabilitation of buildings acquires more and more importance for reasons of a cultural, social, economic nature and for the conservation of urban and architectural heritage. Either because of its architectural singularity or because of its historical relevance, the truth is that the conservation of certain buildings has become a necessity. 

To fight against the neglect and deterioration of our urban centers, buildings must be a living element transformed and adapted according to needs. We can transform its use but in buildings of historical and cultural relevance it is important to maintain its essence and identity so as not to lose its historical and architectural value.

The installation of auxiliary structures and equipment is one of the works prior to any intervention. Before calculating and designing the structures that will allow us to continue with the works, it is important to evaluate the state of conservation of the building, not lose sight of the injuries, their causes and their possible evolution, as well as the state of the materials.

Of course, it will be necessary to take into account the structural behavior of the building to be maintained, its relationship with the interior structure and even the urban regulations that will allow us to develop one or another solution.
